Martha’s Vineyard: Lodging
This is our second time to stay at the Ashley Inn. It's a nice place owned by a guy named Fred who lives next door with his wife and three kids. The inn has 10 rooms. They're not fancy; about what you'd expect in a resort town B&B. Breakfast was very good. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
The Hobknob Inn across the street from the Ashley is probably a higher end and perhaps nicer place. But at some point I have to listen to my pocketbook...............I don't think you'd be disappointed with a stay at the Ashley.

Columbia, Missouri: Lodging
For the past several years when in Columbia I've stayed at the Stoney Creek Inn on South Providence road. However, when I was there in July '09 I stayed at the Courtyard Marriott at Grindstone and Hwy 63 and had a fabulous experience. It's a great, new facility. Next time I'm in Columbia, that's where I'll stay!

Columbia, MO: Restaurants
I like Shakespeare's Pizza near campus for fun times and good pizza. Booches downtown is a good burger, though not much on atmosphere. Le Bourgeoisie Winery and Blufftop Bistro is a nice atmosphere out in Rocheport. Back in town, D'Rowes is a good place for good hearty fare.
